Looks good Nate.  Not much in that area.  Looks nice and reasonable as well.  You have my vote!

The only thing about it that I don't like is they have no reviews, and only 60% response rate. Plus, only two reviews for staying at other peoples AirBnB's, since 2015...

Hmm, yea, does seem a little suspicious.  The response rate is down to 50% now.  Maybe keep looking?

I agree, many more AirBnB options in Albuquerque, NM...but we could also go the hotel route in Farmington, NM?! They have a Holiday Inn Express and a La Quinta.

I like BnB's myself.  Unless we are really set on Farmington, my vote is for ABnB.

I, to like b and b, but if a hotel works out better,,,, I like it!!   Will we be able to go visit the four corners from our stay??

Going to Albuquerque would probably take us too far out of the way for the 4 corners.
